38% of the budget of African countries was devoted to debt servicing,

The theme for this years festival was, “Heartbeat of the city”. United we Stand by Musik ye Afrika (MYA) was this year nominated for a South African Music Award (SAMA) for best duo/band category. The SAMA awards were presented on May 29 at the Sun City Super Bowl in Johannesburg, South Africa. The award was however won by kwaito outfit Mafikizolo. read more
