Written and directed by Watson Chidzomba and produced by Oliver Mtukudzi Ndichirimudiki is coming to the silver screen and premiering at the Zimbabwe International Film Festival in September.
The story depicts the struggles of a widow and what she goes through as she battles to come to terms with the realities of her bereavement.
Not a new comer to film making Mtukudzi has been involved in several movies including the phenomenal Jit and Neria while Chidzomba a playwright and actor of great note has also featured in numerous dramas.
Says Chidzomba: “The producer (Mtukudzi) is so passionate about film making which makes my own role as the film director easier as I have someone in Tuku giving me the drive to come up with a quality production. I can’t say much now about the film and will leave film lovers to see for themselves how we are transforming short films into effective story telling.” – tukumusic.com
